1 About This Service

Our NABL-accredited Clinical Pathology Laboratory offers a comprehensive range of over 600 diagnostic tests including routine biochemistry, haematology, microbiology, immunology, hormonal assays, and molecular diagnostics.

The lab operates with state-of-the-art automated analysers ensuring high accuracy and reproducibility. Results for most routine tests are available within 2–6 hours. Critical values are directly communicated to treating physicians via an integrated LIS (Laboratory Information System).

Patients and doctors can access reports online through the patient portal and doctor dashboard, eliminating unnecessary trips to the hospital for result collection.

2 How It Works

Test Order

Tests are ordered by your doctor either digitally (linked to patient record) or via a hand-written investigation slip.

Sample Collection

Phlebotomists collect blood, urine, stool, swab, or other samples as required. Home collection available in select cases.

5–10 min

Sample Processing

Samples are logged, processed, and loaded on automated analysers. Each sample is bar-coded to prevent mix-ups.

1–6 hours

Quality Control

All results pass through automated and manual QC checks before being validated by the pathologist.

Report Delivery

Reports are available via the patient portal, at the lab counter, or sent to your WhatsApp/email on request.
